How long does construction take?

New builds typically run 3 to 12 months, depending on size and site conditions. Renovations usually take 3 to 12 months. We establish realistic schedules at the start and keep you informed every step of the way.

What protection comes with your work?

We're members of the New Zealand Certified Builders Association and provide the Halo 10-Year Residential Build Guarantee. That means structural defects are covered and you sleep soundly knowing your home is protected.

Do you work with architects and designers?

We do. Our team collaborates with architects and designers or recommends trusted professionals when needed. We bring practical building knowledge to every design decision.

Are your credentials current and valid?

Hamish holds a Licensed Building Practitioner credential. We carry full public liability and professional indemnity insurance. Every project meets New Zealand Building Code standards without exception.

Can you stick to a fixed budget?

We provide transparent quotes and manage costs carefully without cutting corners. If budget pressures emerge during the project, we discuss options openly and find practical solutions.
